These Terms govern use of SeqDesign, LLC's websites at seq.design (“the Services”). By accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the incorporated Privacy Policy. The Services provide access to SeqDesign's AI-powered protein design platform, including tools such as FreeBindCraft, Boltz, and ProteinHunter.

SeqDesign employs reasonable safeguards for personal information. Email transmission is not fully secure and unencrypted messages may be compromised. Please report security concerns to [email protected].
SeqDesign is not responsible for any loss or corruption of data or other information you create, upload, or process through the Services.
Users must maintain password confidentiality. SeqDesign bears no liability for unauthorized access resulting from password compromise.
The Services and content are for general information and computational protein design purposes only. They do not constitute professional scientific, medical, or legal advice. Users should independently validate all design outputs before use in any application.
SeqDesign disclaims responsibility for third-party transactions, quality, or disputes.
SeqDesign is not responsible for linked websites or their practices and does not endorse them.
Neither SeqDesign nor its suppliers or vendors are responsible for any claim, loss, or damage directly or indirectly resulting from your use of the Services. SeqDesign's total liability is capped at fees paid by you during the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify SeqDesign and its officers, employees, and contractors from losses arising from your violations of these Terms or technical disruptions caused by your use of the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Washington State. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.
SeqDesign may modify or update these Terms of Use at its sole discretion. Any modification shall be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
